booking: Payment secures your space on your chosen workshop/event day.
Cash, cheques and transactions are NOT accepted on the day of the event as this interrupts the format and dampens the class experience. All payments are made via banks transfer. Payment details are given after you have filled in the booking and health form is submitted.
If you have not made payment within 48 hours of placing a booking, we can only assume that you no longer wish to attend and we reserve the right for the space to be given to another person. Once your payment has been received you will be emailed a confirmation of your booking and any further details that you might need about the event.
cancellation: Any cancellations 7 days prior to the workshop start date, or in the event of non-attendance, will not be refunded.
rescheduling: Payment and booking for a workshop may only be transferred to the next instance of the same workshop and of the duration.
circumstances: Refunds can be issued in the event of exceptional circumstances. Please email
changes: If the date of the workshop changes, or, in the rare event that it is cancelled, Namas Yoga will refund participants fees. Regrettably, Namas Yoga cannot be responsible for any additional expenditure incurred by participants.
recommend a friend: This discount only applies to the full amount and events such as Workshops or Courses that offer 'Recommend a Friend'. The discount only applies to both yourself and your friend when booked and paid within the same payment transaction. This offer is not limited to new attendees or Namas Yoga Membership holders. Everyone is welcome to Recommend a Friend. All T+Cs above still apply. In the instance of refunds, you will only be refunded the total of the discounted amount. Please ensure you book and fill in the health form separately for your chosen Workshop or Course.
