Join us online for class via Zoom! With the power of movement and breath, my classes are here to help you get away from the chaos of life and to harness your strength and mobility.
We start off with movements to warm up and prepare the body (+ mind), foundation postures to ensure you work on your form and move on to flows that get your heart rate up. We wind down towards the end with seated postures and relaxation.
Beginners are welcome to class as alternative postures and modifications are offered throughout class but if you are unsure, you can contact me before booking a class.
How do I join the class? A confirmation email is sent to you after you have purchased your class(es). The email includes the Zoom link, Meeting ID and Passcode that you will need to access your class. Please check your Junk mail in case it doesn't go directly into your inbox.
What you'll need: A mat (recommended), phone, tablet or computer, Zoom account and wifi.
Important notes: Using your Zoom account, please add your FULL NAME before you enter the Zoom chat, this enables me to take the register and allow the correct people into the class.
Online classes make me nervous: Everyone's first online session can be a little daunting. If it makes you feel more comfortable, you can join the class with your camera and audio turned off. We all respect everyone's decision.
