Step into a space created exclusively for you to move, bring your baby and meet new mums.

 

Classes are suitable after your post-natal check up with your GP (generally 6-8 weeks) and for babies up-to crawling age. If you had a caesarean or experienced a complicated delivery, you may wish to wait a few weeks more till you feel ready to start sessions.

 

Empower Flow is a supportive, energising class that blends graceful, flowing sequences with moments of strength and stillness. You’ll be guided through mindful movement that builds strength in both body and mind.

Meet Nam:

Nam Lowen is a passionate and experienced Yoga teacher dedicated to helping individuals find strength, balance and resilience.

 

With 15 years teaching experience, she runs her own Yoga classes, offering personalized guidance to students of varying abilities and ages. 

 

Beyond her regular classes, Nam is frequently invited to lead sessions at wellness events, where her expertise and warm teaching style inspire participants to connect with their body and mind. She is committed to making yoga accessible, empowering others to embrace a healthier lifestyle and bring out the very best in them.
