Without the stress of having to leave the house or arrange childcare, Namas Yoga Mama involve personal sessions to help you find your feet through the early chaotic months of motherhood.
We start when you are ready; taking it slow and introduce you to postures and flows that you can do with or without your baby. When you start gaining more strength, we can take increase the intensity of the sessions.
Personal sessions are tailored and based around your delivery, how you are feeling, your goals and your lifestyle. This is a safe space for you to focus on healing during the early chaotic months of motherhood and get away from the usual daily routine as a mother.

All equipment for your sessions are provided: A Yoga mat, Yoga blocks, a strap, Thera bands and light dumbbells.
​
I recommend you start sessions from at least 6 - 8 weeks after your postnatal check with your GP to ensure you are feeling well and recovering properly after birth. If you had a caesarean or experienced a complicated delivery, you may wish to wait a few weeks more till you feel ready to start sessions.
