Personal Yoga tuition
My personal Yoga lessons are built based on your goals, needs and abilities.

Most people that I work with suffer from acute or chronic pain due to playing sports, sedentary jobs or illness and find it challenging in a group class environment.

Whether you're a complete beginner or have been practicing Yoga for a while, I carefully tailor the sessions to help you improve your range of movement and overall health. So you can get you moving and back to what you enjoy doing, pain free.

Sessions can be held in the comfort of your own home (only available in Solihull, UK), online via Zoom or at a studio in Solihull.

Step 1. Let's have a chat
Have you been feeling stressed, overwhelmed or have you been recommened Yoga by your physiotherapist or chiropractor?
Let's arrange a call so you can tell me what you're struggling with, your goals and any questions about the sessions. If you wish to go ahead with your consulation and assessment, I will email you the new client form.
Step 2. Consultation & assessment
After our phone call, if you wish to go ahead, you will need to have a consultation and assessment. This is a relaxed, 30 minute appointment to help me get to know more about your current and past health issues/concerns, assess your physical abilities and discuss your goals.
This helps me structure and tailor your sessions based on your current needs and abilities. It is vital that you avoid certain postures that are not safe for you as this could lead to further injury; this is why we don't jump straight into sessions.
When I meet someone who I feel wouldn’t benefit from Yoga, I am honest and will say so. There are times I will recommend a specialist. This doesn't mean Yoga isn't for you, there maybe certain areas that needs addressing first before starting Yoga.
Step 3. Your Yoga sessions
After your consultation, we can start your Yoga lessons. I recommend you book a minimum of 10 sessions in advance to truly notice and see results.
During your sessions, I'll be guiding you from beginning to end and offering variations throughout. Each session is tailored to your individual needs, leaving you feeling revitalised, balanced, and more connected to your body and mind.
Note: Personal Yoga sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.

'Nam is a brilliant yoga teacher with a lovely manner and approach. She delivers well structure classes, that each week involve a slightly different combination of postures and movements. Her classes challenge you, stretch you (quite literally!), bring a sense of calm, and leave you feeling good physically and mentally. She also gives helpful suggestions for things you can practice at home in between classes. I can thoroughly recommend her classes and look forward to attending more.'
