Whether you're a complete beginner or have been practicing Yoga for a while, I carefully tailor the sessions to help you improve and enjoy exploring your abilities.

  • Complimenting your training for a specific sporting event

Fees + details

New clients: 30 min Zoom relaxed and detailed consultation and 30 min lesson - £35

x4 Lessons start from: £145 (price depends on location, time, lesson planning and needs).

All classes are 1 hour x4 lessons (minimum): This is the minimum amount of time needed to for you to feel and see progress

  • Face-to-face tuition is available in Solihull, UK, and nearby areas.

  • Online Zoom lessons are also available.

  • New client Zoom consultation and 30 min lesson can be held separately, please discuss with me in advance.

  • Up to 2 people can share personal tuition, please discuss this in your consulation in advance.

  • I only accept female clients.
