Hi, I'm Nam

I did Yoga throughout both of my pregnancies and I can't wait to open a safe space for you to do Pregnancy Yoga classes that help you feel stronger, lighter and more in tune with your body and baby.

Creating a class for women to move and feel comfortable sharing how their actually doing and be themselves is so important to me. My two pregnancies were very different and I'm so grateful that I had my Yoga practice to help me during some challenging times.

If you are interested in being the first to know more information and details of when classes will be available, you can join the waitlist below. I'd love to hear more about you or if you have any questions, don't hesistate to ping me a message.

Alternatively, send me an email: nambodywork@live.com
